great beachside escape
ocean views breakfast buffet convenient location good pool
i found the location quite convenient it was right on a busy street filled with shops and restaurants the pool area was good offering views of the ocean i liked that the beach was just a few steps away from the hotel the breakfast buffet had lots of tasty options each morning
i found there was only one key per room this was a bit inconvenient when my travel companion and i wanted to do separate things

I found the location very convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The hotel pool was lovely and right on the beach, so convenient. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of options and was of good quality.

The staff was really friendly and always available to assist with any questions , they provided prompt service and were attentive to guests' needs. Their kindness really stood out.

noisy air conditioning unclean bathroom
location it was acceptable. it was near many amenities.
my room had some issues. the air conditioning made a loud noise during the night and really disturb my sleeping. also, the bathroom wasnt very clean, i seen a lot of hair in the shower drain. i told this to reception but no one cared.

spacious room pool bag
the room was spacious and very clean. i liked the little touches they had, for example the pool bag in the room. it was nice and chilled by the pool area and very relaxing!!!

amazing pool area beach access breakfast options impolite staff no service luggage assistance
The pool area was amazing and situated right on the beach. There were many beach bars a short walk away. Soft sand made for pretty walks. The breakfast had lots of options and was great.
The reception staff was not very polite, sadly. Dragging luggage was necessary since there was no service in the evening. The management should reconsider this policy.

the LOCATION was really great. it was right on the main street, so i could step out into the atmosphere directly. the pool overlooking the beach was GREAT. the room had everything i needed for my short trip.
the hotel FEELS a bit old.

the staff were always VERY helpful and friendly throughout my stay. they were willing to help with any request i had, from laundry to directions. i APPRECIATED their attentiveness.
